Phoebe Rutaquio

Phoebe Rutaquio is Junior Associate Scholar at the Anscombe Bioethics Centre. She will be assisting the Centre in collating and analysing data relevant to bioethical issues, for example data on assisted suicide, on unassisted suicide, on abortion and on maternal health.

Ms Rutaquio has a BSc in Psychology from the State University of New York New Paltz and a Masters in Public Health from Oxford Brookes University. She has experience assisting in collecting and analysing data for a PhD project and has previously worked as an intern for the Anscombe Bioethics Centre. She is currently working as a Public Health Educator in Sullivan County Public Health Department.
